Attorney Gary Rosa was born and raised in Margaretville, New York, and began his law practice in Margaretville 18 years ago. He is well-known throughout Delaware County, both as a lawyer and for his community involvement. He has an intimate knowledge of the area, enabling him to provide better representation to out-of-town clients in real estate transactions. He knows local realtors, bankers, and lenders, and would be happy to refer his out-of-town clients to other professionals whose services may be needed. He is known throughout the community not only as an accomplished attorney, but also as the town justice.
