A native of the Margaretville, NY area of Delaware County near the borders of Ulster and Greene counties, Gary A. Rosa has, for the past 18 years, counseled clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including sales, purchases and financing. Mr. Rosa also specializes in estate planning and will preparation and the probate and administration of estates.

Gary Rosa received a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in 1985. He was admitted to practice law in New York State and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in January, 1986. Mr. Rosa is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Magistrates Association and is currently Secretary of the Delaware County Bar Association.

Gary Rosa has maintained his office at its present location since 1987. Mr. Rosa has also served as a part time Town Justice for the Town of Middletown since 1992.
